This policy covers verification fees paid by card through Verify by Four Foxes: fees a business asked you to pay before your identity verification, and one-off AML checks bought on this site. Payments are taken by Four Foxes Consulting (ABN 78 538 005 810). Four Foxes is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and your Stripe receipt is not a tax invoice.
Once you start the verification, the identity document, liveness and AML screening checks are run with our verification providers straight away, and we pay for them at that point. So the fee isn't refundable after you've started, whatever the result of the check.
Email aml@fourfoxes.com.au with your name, the email address you paid with, and the date you paid. We'll reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Questions about whether you need the check at all are best directed to the business that sent it to you. Questions about the payment itself come to us.
If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a refund for a major failure of the service.
